Mac Pro not start up

Please help me! My Mac Pro won't start up.

I have Mac Pro 1.1 2007 Xeon 2.66 CPU

When press the power on will not turn on and no sound.

Seen in vid - Pressing the power button the front LED light comes on and the CPU board LED's flash, the fan is also running. No bong.

Was the behavior of the computer normal before the problem? Did you install a new hardware/software?? Try to disconnect all peripherals and reconnect them and then try..
