How do I dissemble to replace keyboard?

History

Hello I am trying to replace the keyboard on my np300v5a-a06us laptop by samsung, but keyboard replacement is quite different than any other model I have look ed at. My question is do you have any pointers or videos on this issue? I really would appreciate the help. Thanks in advance..

Hi, According to Samsung the linked source of manuals should be correct for your computer. Good luck.

Download both the user guide and troubleshooting guide in your language.

Thanks for the help guys.. I could not find the info there free, but samsung will sell it to you. But I did figure it out. Seems you have to remove the bottom and disassemble from the bottom up.

John, can you give any pointers? I am stuck removing the optical drive. I agree, Samsung by no means makes this an easy repair!!!
