Bluetooth antenna - where to order?

Where I can order an antenna module separately from entire upper case?
This is the photo of part:
MacBook Pro 15" Unibody Mid 2010 Teardown
Part on photo marked by "K18 056-3517-A", my broken part marked by "056-3517 REV B", but I can't find it in any part store.
Maybe somebody have old upper case and can sell me this antenna?
