My iPhone mic and ear piece dont work and wifi is weak

I replaced the screen to my iPhone 4 today and my wifi connection drops or is very weak even when I am 5 feet away from the wireless router I haven't tried gps and the microphone and the earpiece/ear speaker doesn't my proximity sensor isn't don't its job either and my cellular connection isn't too bad is there something I can do to fix this or does anyone know what it could be or could it be I did something wrong also bare in mind this phone was given to my by a cousin and the screen was broken when I received it
