Can't boot from recovery disc to perform factory reset

I can't get my Acer Iconia W500 to run the recovery disc to perform a factory reset. I have tried with and without the keyboard, I tried bios settings to boot from cdrom. None of these have worked.
What happens when you tried to boot from CD? Did you get any error message? Did you try another boot CD?
