Power connector doesn't charge my iPhone

After changing the power button my iPhone 4 kept trying to restart (without actually been able to make it).

I changed the battery and everything started working fine expect that when connecting the cable, the battery wouldn't charge.

When I ran out of battery, the iPhone started again restarting as before.

Tried restoring the iOS in recovery mode but I got a (2001) error.

What could it be?
