Is it possible to replace mba 1237 logic board with newer mba 1369 or other?

Apple rarely makes interchangeable main logic bds. between different series. Within the SAME series it might be possible.

Your friends logic bd is a 1237 is your MBA a 1237? If so it will work. If this is a different series than your system I won't chance it.

You should be able to go to the 2.13 GHz logic board in the A1237 model.
Apple rarely makes interchangeable main logic bds. between different series. Within the SAME series it might be possible.
