Could not scan for wireless networks.

I'v been having this problem since the phone got wet. Everything works except for the wifi and bluetooth. When I turn my wifi on, it can't detect any wifi connections.
Everyone in the house can connect to our wifi with their Apple products except me.
Was about to re-flow the wifi chip but wasn't sure where it was located since it looks different on 3G which only has videos on how to re-flow it.
Tried everything in software (i guess), restore, reset, update, downgrade, etc.
Please help me out.
