iPhone doesn't fit together after repair

Hi
I tried to change my iPhone 3GS' back cover today. I didn't succeed with that because I couldn't remove the chrome bezel so I just decided to put my phone back together and ask a professional later. When I had started to put glass as the final part back in its place, I noticed that it doesn't fit anymore like it did before. It stays 1mm higher.
Disassembled phone to parts 2 times again but still, same problem.
Also camera doesn't focus anymore.
Please help..
Back of my iPhone is really messed up, I need to change it.
How to get the bezel off without breaking the back cover? How to fix the camera focus?
