Any SSD size limit, can 2 large SSDs be installed?

Hi,

I currently own a Mac Mini Server 2011 edition which came with the 2 HDD 7200 drives, factory pre-installed drives. I want to replace both of them (or at least one of them) with SATA-3 type SSD drives of either 480 or 512 GB capacity.

I wanted to ask if anyone know if this is possible without issues? I plan on using both Mac OSX Lion & Windows 7/8 with Bootcamp option.

Thanks !

As far as capacity there is no restriction. Your SSD's need to be 2.5" drives to fit in the mac mini.

Jay - Mac Mini uses 3.5" drives so the SSD could be 3.5" Vs 2.5" which could also fit with a sub frame & adapter SATA to CD or ZIF to support them.
