Is there a way to check if speaker works?
Hi,
recently had my dock connector replaced, done by a guy in mobile shop. the phone now charges fine but the speaker function no longer works.do i now have to buy a new speaker replacement piece too?

The dock connector replacement flex cable has the contacts to the lower speaker. You could check this area, the new dock connector could be faulty. Take it back to the shop and have them get your speaker working correctly. Because, they are responsible for all the new dock connector functions working correctly after repair of that part.
