Hello my friends i have a challenge for you !!!!

i have recieved an iphone 4 after water damage

turns on ,cannot restore -first got the error 23

then i REPLACED the PCb in a good known full iphone case with ,stll the same error

board corosion =pass

btry replacement =pass

there seems to be a defected or eaten coil right benith the baseband chip from what i see it has been fixed ,but still issue remains =cannot restore ...i get error -1

which means a hardware issue or baseband

the baseband chip & its connection seems to be fine or at least looks fine on the board

the restore almost reaching 80% and then hangs and then stops !! with error -1

i would very much apprichiate your help on this one!!!please!!!
