Powers off after graphic intensive applications

I have an iMac that powers off after graphic intensive applications. I ran all the 3D examples in Grapher and it will power off after about 45 seconds or so. I got my hands on ASD and the iMac powers off after running the Video Controller test and the Thermal test. I'm thinking its the Logic Board. Any thoughts?
