Audio Problem & Usb Problems

Hello! Its been a while that my macbook its giving me problems with reproducing audio, what happens its when playing a song either from itunes, vlc, cubase, pro tools etc at one point its starts to crackle and does it for a while, kinda like its struggling reproducing. And when i plug in sound card with speakers it even breaks out doing white noise all of a sudden, i hope that isnt damaging the speakers :( and recently i noticed that a usb port its kinda weaker, doesnt work well. So id like to replace them (both ye) since i have no idea what to do with the audio issue.
