Logic board digitiser fault

I have recently replaced the screen on an iPhone 4 and found the bottom row not to be working on the digitiser.
Tried 3 OEM screens and an original screen an all experience the same issue.
Is this a problem with the connectors on the board or could it be another component or a software issue. Please note that the connectors look well intact and have suffered no damage during the screen repair that is obvious.
