Ok so after replacing the front and back glass covers and replacing the camera I have been unable to use the camera app as the virtual shutter will not open.

I have tried covering the camera's, cancelling the app in the background run bar, soft and hard reset, settings>general>restrictions disable-reset-enable camera and all possible combinations of the above methods with the original camera (that worked before case replacement but was dirty) and and the new replacement camera.

Reading further about damaged jumper points on the logic board ( http://www.gsmindia.in/forum/apple-iphon... ), I have opened the device and inspected the logic board. Both sets of points seem to be intact for front and back cameras. I then checked for continuity in the jump points from the first picture (points near the front camera), and then the points from the second picture (near the rear camera) with a multimeter. The first set seem fine however the second set gave a high impedance (~100Ohm) in both directions. Should I remove the connector at the second point set and jump it with a solder bridge? Is there anything I'm missing?
