Battery leaked and the camera stopped working

I had left behind the battery in the camera. It leaked and I find the camera stopped working. The local repair shop could not fix. Can you help me to fix the camera. Where do I get it serviced
Exactly which DiMage is it? Why could the repair shop not fix it? The board and the contacts will definitely have to be cleaned of all the corrosion. Give us more information....
