Asked

What kind of cable is this?

History

I was trying to replace the screen of my iPod 4th Gen (and all the stuff that comes with it) but I broke a ribbon cable (and maybe a second one?)

So what I need to know now is, which those cable(s?) are, so I know which ones to buy. It'd be great if someone could give me a link to the cable(s?).

Here is the image: (I used paint to show you the places where the cable(s?) are broken)

Edit: I just noticed that I removed that black stuff under the upper ribon cable (thought it was just some glue, do I need this?))

The parts you cut were the wifi antenna (up-one) and the volume/power buttons (middle-one).

Contains the volume controls and the power button — 16 available at 24.95 each.

Used to connect to wi-fi networks — 7 available at 12.95 each.

Thanks! Is there a tutorial up on this site on how to fix those? Or can you make give me a link to a good one? Can only find useless ones on youtube.
