Camera not getting POWER ON,Image preview working?

When I press the POWER-ON button nothing happens. However the image preview is working and I am able to view and scroll through the images and videos in the camera memory card.

Kindly help.

what happens when you change the menu? Does the lens extend?

The Menu works fine but the lens does not extend at all
