My iTunes can't load my iPhone information?

History

Hi,My iTunes can't load my I phone information and I can,t read my iPhone too, it just keep the screen on the photo I gave out.The computer just keep on that screen and don't give out any information about the iPhone and I can't put any song,photo,video into my iPhone .I can't use any I phone toggle like I funbox,I tools to put in any song,photo,video(it just crash)too.can anyone help me to fix this?

Try to place your iPhone into DFU and try to restore.

check if your connected on the internet, and place the usb cable at the back of your pc or if you are using laptop or mac, change the usb port. and check if its detected on itunes. if its still the same problem change the cable or restart your your pc. hope it helps.

I think it is not the internet problems because I can still use the computer to play online games.(I think the problems is about the programme of Iphone use to connect the Itunes,mabe something just change the iphone setting that when iphone connect to the itunes it will not connect the Apple server.........something like that. but why it will show the information of the iphone. so I thing it is the problems about the iphone connect to the itunes)
