Screen wont work after replacement

History

Hi,

I have replaced the screen on my ipod 4th gen but it wont work, the screen is white and has lines running vertically. Occasionally I can see the time but everything is white. I have rebooted it and still the same issue. Never had this before

disconnect the flex cable and reconnect it again, and try a hard reboot. do you know how hard reboot. hold the power and home button for 15 secs. and wait until you see the apple logo. hope it helps.
