Why are my apps not the right color

My Ipod's apps are not the correct color! none of them are. when i woke up the next day and i found out i freaked! Say one app was blue, yellow, and purple well instead it would be brown, orange, and red. I need some help ASAP because I am going to sell it soon.also it is the same with any pictures that I have.
