Battery flex detached while replacing screen and digitizer

History

After replacing the screen of my iphone 4, i discovered the battery flex had detached from the battery. Everything else seem fine.

Can u pls guide me through how i can fix this problem?

Easiest fix is to get a new battery. Crazy fix would be to desolder and then resolder a new flex to the battery. The solder points are deep under the tape at base of battery controller board. Get another battery.

Thanks for your response. I'd like to get a new battery but i live in a remote village in Nigeria where i'm unlikely to get it delivered. I'd appreciate a few pointers at taking a shot at it before i return to civilisation
