wet phone with flash always on
I phone got wet. I set it out to have it dried out and they said the front facing camera was bad. The flash is on all the time. They removed it and the phone works fine - rear camera ok - just can't take pictures. I bought a new camera to put in. The whole process went smoothly except the new camera is showing the same condition, the flash is lit all the time. So the problem is still in the phone. Any thoughts from anyone?

I have fixed this a few times before by trying 2 different methods. Swap out camera (which you already tried), or clean the motherboard and connections in the surrounding area with 99% alcohol. For most water damaged phones I take off all of the plates and use a brush dipped in alcohol on the entire surface. After that I let it sit in a container of alcohol for a few minutes.
