Found this Jelly Bean ROM for Razr on internet.. Does anyone have experience with this???

The link you provided is for an Unofficial Cyanogenmod ROM. That being said, you're more than welcome to try out the ROM. It seems the only thing not working at the moment is the Camera/camcorder functionality. Best of luck.

That is a good rom, but be careful if it has an option to quick charge, and overclocking, being as advanced as I am, I do use overclocking, if you're new, you shouldn't. But be careful with unlocking,, sometimes updating to an unoffical ROM could make you loose WiFi/Cell Service
