changed usb module and battery

buy the iphone 3g, everything worked fine, I had the bright idea to open it to clean it, then put it back together and turn it on and did not recognize the iphone charging but it shows that this loading to know he was carrying had to activate the battery charge and so I realize that this loading, and will change the usb module and battery and nothing, I have read all show and no aid, the USB cable is new so it is not dirty.

excel, you changed the dock connector? So it starts up, but is not being recognized? What do you see on your screen?
