How to take out stripped screws?

for one thing i love ur site..u have helped me out a number of times..THANKS..ok back to my question, i have stripped some of the screws that were on my iphone 4.. is there anyway that u can make a tool to remove stripped screws.. i had to drill out the screws and i was worried that i might have broken the boad.. i know that u can make something that can remove them and when u do please let me know so i can get it....THANKS FOR HAVING A SITE THAT I CAN REPAIR MY STUFF...JOHN
