Why my pc switch off after 10 seconds after switch it on?

History

there is a bad noise at start up .so i think is processor cooling fan

ftrmajid, since we can not hear your sounds, it stands to reason that it is. That would cause your machine to turn off due to overheating. Disassemble it and take a look at it. Let us know what you find.
