My refrigerator and freezer are not cooling

GE - 25.9 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water - Black
The refrigerator and freezer stopped cooling a few days ago so I defrosted all of the coils in the freezer and it was working for a few days but not it has stopped working again
Please help me
