HELP!!!!! I went to Radio Shack today initially to get an employees name in an attempt to write a complimentary letter to Headquarters about her. This woman had given me service in the past which I felt merited accolades and since I was on vacation this week, I felt I wanted to do what I deemed was honorable. As she was writing down her info, I lightly mentioned that I had purchased an unlocked Iphone as a gift however, the person had Boost My Mobile service and the Iphone had a T-Mobile SIM card put in (I thought the person had T-Mobile service). I was just chatting about the fact that I now have this phone and that I thought it might be compatible with my tracfone etc.

The employee immediately jumped up and said: "I'll buy it from you!"

I told her.." Oh but it's a 3g . " She said: I don't care, I want one. I'll pay you want you paid for it." I told her I was going home to get it and would be right back; and that I would get the receipt. I got the phone, checked to see that the T-Mobil card was in it. Went back to the store, the woman was in the back in a conference call, she came out.. took my Iphone box and all and my cell and went to the back. I became unsettled at the fast pace all this happened. After 15 minutes of waiting. I said I couldn't wait any longer. One of the young workers went inside . He came back with the Iphone box and my cell on top of it. Something told me to open the box and check for the accessories. They were missing. I commented on this. These were given back to me by the young man. She came out red faced saying she apologized the"accessories fell out of the box when I opend the boxe!!!" REALLY!!!!!! THEY ARE DEEP INSIDE THE BOX!

Then she hurriedly told me that my Iphone is bogus because it doesn't have a camera. I was in disbelief!!!! The Iphone I had had all features working. I asked he for the T-Mobile SIM card . She said it had no SIM card! She said she put in an AT&T card inside the phone but it did not have any SIM card. I insisted that it did. Then she said she was going to the back to look!!! I told her this is not the phone I brought in. She claimed, we do not sell those phone here." My response : I know you don't sell these phones here but this is not the phone I brought in here. At this point I thought I was going to faint! I could barely talk. She had her face real red. She then threaten to take me out of the store although I was so shocked that I was not yelling. Yet,,, she kept yelling insisting that she doesn't sell those phones there. This is a very, very bright woman a cell phone guru I would say.when it comes to phones. She kept saying you can check it with the serial number. I wouldn't put it past her that she scammed me and switched her phone for the one I brought in. I did not purchase it from an apple dealer. I purchased it from a Wireless store who placed the T-Mobile card and in my presence called several numbers to make sure it was working. My phone had an operable camera. Distraught and disappointed I called the police who arrived after an hour and a half.

I need guidance here. I put nothing past this woman. Could she have somehow also swiped serial numbers?? or anything else?? I took it to BEST Buy and was told that something seems to have been tampered with in the bottom of the phone. WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME???? There were too many inconsistencies during this exchange. I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED, I FEEL.
