MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Mid 2009: Missing hard drive sled/bracket and all screws?

Missing hard drive sled and screws. Machine arrived in this condition. I have seen this guide: MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Mid 2009 Hard Drive Replacement

I have looked on ebay for these items, and they look different then what is shown in this guide, also screws (torx and etc) also different in appearance for what is available on ebay.

Apple support at the store and the local mac upgrade store would not sell me the part(s) or even give me the part number! (against their rules). If anyone can give a clear part number or help me figure out where I can buy the stuff to secure the hard drive (i had to buy a new hard drive everything but SATA cable was missing when i got the machine) I would appreciate any advice, help etc. greatly. I installed the hard drive already just to get system installed, machine doesn't go anywhere anyway but i need this issue resolved.
