i have replaced my lcd 2x before and nothing went wrong but this time its not truning on

what is the prblem? did the connector got burned orsomething?

I replaced iphone4 LCD but I found that a little piece separated out from the LCD connector. After that, back light works but I can't see the images

second pic is other normal ones.

To compared with a first pic, I think the red circled part got damaged so how can I solder that part?
