iPhone 4: Missing screw holes, causing wifi not to work

Hi,

I have a iPhone 4 with a wifi problem. The wifi doesn't work at all, but I found the problem. When I opened the iPhone I saw that there were some screws missing on the wifi plate, so I ordered some screws and tried to screw them in, but they weren't going in. So I removed the wifi plate and saw that the screw holes were gone. So my question is if there's some way to fix it.

Here are some pictures of it:

It is not my iPhone so I don't know what's has happenend with it.

Thanks!
