MacBook Pro 15" Core Duo Model A1150: Can you recommend a source for a replacement hard disk data cable?

The rectangular connector that attaches the hard disk data cable to the main logic board has separated, leaving me with the cable in one hand and the little rectangle with its surface mount pins in the other. I need to replace the cable.

Can anyone suggest a place to get a replacement for this cable?

Thanks!
