MacBook Pro 17" Models A1151 A1212 A1229 and A1261: No sound in or out after MacBook Pro fell

My MacBook Pro took a fall, hit on its edge (no damage to case, floor was carpeted) an now sound (out & in) only works through the USB port.

Before I crack it open I would appreciate any suggestions on places to look.

The First thing I did was to make sure the I/O audio was on internal speakers/mike. BTW - internal mike doesn't work either, but audio I & O work through USB.

I see repairs for left and right speakers in the trouble shooting section, (I plugged in a headphone & mic and removed them but that didn't fix the problem). I believe that this problem is something different because it effects both the audio out and input for the internal AND line-in ports.

iPhone 3GS: Backlight On, no apple logo after forced reboot, after I dropped it.

I was charging my phone, hitted it by mistake and it fell from around 2 feet, the screen instantly turned white. So I removed the charger and tried to power it off. The button would not work, so I tried to reboot it pressing the power and home button.

After 5 sec or so the screen went black but when it was supposed to come back with the apple logo, it just stays turned off. If I leave it a while it will vibrate (probrably some notifications) and if I press any button (power or home) the backlight will turn on, but the image won't show.

What should I do?

iPod Touch 4th Generation: Dropped iPod, touch screen doesnt works, screen is black, sound works

Today i dropped my refurbished ipod touch that i got around 2-3 months ago, from my desk, approximately 2.5 feet above the ground, onto a carpeted floor. Upon impact, the ipod opened. The screen came off of the other part, but they were connected by a chord. I looked up pictures of the inside of an ipod touch gen 4, and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. However, the ipod's screen was completely black, and the touch screen did not work. when i pressed the home and sleep button simultaneaously, the ipod made a screenshot sound and when holding down the home button, the sounds of voice control were present. Other sounds from commands worked too, such as connecting it to a charger. I could even turn on music with the voice control feature. Upon putting the screen back on, i caused a small crack on the upper screen. I doubt this has anything to do with it, because the screen wasnt working before the crack was generated. I have no idea how to fix it, or where to bring it to get it fixed, and i dont have a warranty, so im in a bad situation. Any ideas on how to fix it?
