Dell Streak: Dell Streak upper bezel loose?

The upper bezel on my dell streak is slightly raised. I assume their is some dirt under it. From reading the break down i think i can fix it but had some questions.

Do i have to have the plastic tool to remove the upper bezel.

Is the upper bezel glued on in any way if so will it need to be re-glued.

Is their any possible breakage to look out for when prying it up.

Thank you for your time.
