iPhone 4: Can I do a screen replacement using parts from CMDA for GSM?

So my GSM iphone 4 dropped and cracked its screen. I have a CDMA iphone 4 to use for parts. Now i Know that the digitizer and lcd areglued together. The only thing different between the cdma and gsm is the bracket. Can i take the digitizer from the cdma and use the bracket from the gsm to install it on the gsm?
