MacBook Core 2 Duo: Display broken: Cable or video card problem?

Here's what my black MacBook C2D 2.0 is doing: When it boots up I see a brief glimpse of the gray screen then it goes black, next, I see a brief glimpse of the blue screen and the "Starting OS X" progress bar then it goes black again never to return. If I hook up an external display everything but the iSight works perfectly.

In System Profiler, it says no display is connected. Also iSight is not seen.

What broken component would be the most likely to cause this? The LCD and backlight are working but something is preventing it from staying on. I know the video card is integrated (GMA 950) on the logic board but I'm hoping there's something else that might be replaceable first.

MacBook Pro 17" Models A1151 A1212 A1229 and A1261: How to install the Airport Extreme 802.11n Card with 3 Connectors?

Hi.

I go an Airport Extreme Card from a defective MacBook. It is a new Airport Extreme Card 802.11n with 3 connectors for the antennas. My (old) Airport Extreme Card in the MacBook Pro has only 2 connector tabs for the antenna.

Is it possible to use this card in my MacBook Pro 17" 2.16GHz Intel Core Duo?

I have searched, but not found anyone who has made this install.

Kind Regards.

Andreas.

BIOSTAR GeForce GT430: Garbled display computer issues.

I accidentally spilled a juice on my CPU, fortunately only the Graphic Card [GeForce GT430] got wet. Soon after, my graphic display got haywired and went into Garbled display. I immediately turned off my PC, disassembled my graphic card and dried/cleaned it using cotton tips [as instructed in some forums I've checked]. Few minutes after, I tried to re-install it and check if it was okay after what I've done. Unfortunately, the display was still garbled.

Is it already time for me to buy a new one or can it still be fixed? Please help me regarding this issue. Any idea that would solve my problem would be highly appreciated. Thanks. :)
