Bad LCD Screen Black

Hello, My iMac A1224 began smoking when i Turned it ON, then turned it ON but ..no Video. I checked if Logic Board and Power Supply was burned and everything is like New. I made Led Diagnostic test and The only Led that is not On is #4 . I connect an external LCD screen and it works , I just want to know , How do I know or How do I identify a Bad Inverter Board or Cables? And how do I identify a Bad Backlight Board?
