Worn out screw, cant disassemble

I tried opening up my iPhone 4 after taking out the battery, i tried removing the top casing which requires taking out 5 screws... i've got all except one taken out, the one right next to the camera flash is a little worn out. What can i do? I need to replace the screen

please help guys
