| It sounds like his computer is having some issues with video playback and probably anything that makes the processor work a lot. I would make sure there is enough ventilation, specifically, make sure there is no dust covering up vents on the back. Also, (if you are going to be taking the computer apart anyways) check to make sure the logic board and heat sink are screwed down all the way and that the thermal paste between the logic board and heat sink is applied properly. |
