No video, no fan, but chimes..

Hey guys, so I got this iBook G4 12" 1.33Ghz from a friend. When I got it it didn't boot, but I reset the PRAM and it booted. Except that it would kernel panic every time airport was used.. So I found a post somewhere that said to resolder the connection of the Airport card. I cracked it open using your guides to replace the logic board, reflowed the solder on the connector, and put it back together. Now when I press the power button, I hear the CD drive initialize, the HDD powers, and the standard Mac chimes.. What I don't hear in the fans power up, and the screen does not come on. Now I have it opened up, and I rechecked all the cable connections, to no avail.. I was pretty careful with the logic board so I can't imagine what could have happened.. Any ideas?
BTW: can't reset the pram anymore either..
