iPhone 4s Screw Kit?

I have replaced the screen on my sons iphone 4s, and after re-assembly, I have 1 extra screw, and NO WIFI. So after doing some reading on I see that it could be the screws in not the right places. So I am wondering where I can get the following 2 things?

1. Complete Screw Kit for iphone 4s?

2. Diagram of which screws go where?
