hardware unlocking need help!

hi ;) i just got a couple iphone 4 and 4s and i want to unlock them by replacing the computer chip /jumper inside the phone instead of doing standard software unlocking. Can you please give me guildance as in which part needed to be replaced by what kind of chips? and how to disassemble it? which chip/cable should i be replacing with and where can i buy those from? Thanks ^^
