Noise on call duration after drop down damage

After a drop down damage, every call I make or receive, me and the other side listening to a loud annoying noise and the human voice is not recognisable on both sides.

I replaced the damaged screen and digitizer, also I replaced the GSM antenna, also I did a firmware update to 5.1, the noise is still there on every call. Also, the GPS signal does not work at all after the damage. The wifi network and GSM signal seems OK.

Do you have any suggestion ?
