RemoveDisconnect magsafe AC adapter, remove the MBP bottom panel andpanel, disconnect the internal battery from the logic board, use a can of compressed air to blow off the dust out of the fan(s) and internal components. When doing this hold the fan blades with one finger to avoid fan spinning around. If there's still dust on the fan blades you can use Q-tips with isopropyl alcohol to clean them.
