| Turn on the computer and press F8 after the dell screen |
| boot into safe mode and click on the Admin |
| boot into safe mode and click on the Admin |
| go to start, control panel and find "add or remove accounts" or "user accounts" |
| Find your account and click on it, click remove password and restart |
| Repeat the password removal steps to make a new password |
| This does not work in Vista/7 tough |
