Title:

LCD screen discolored with red pixels

Text:

Several days ago when I was using my Macbook pro, and the LCD screen suddenly discolored with red pixels shrinking on some part of the screen. I have connected it to another monitor, and the display is fine, and the image captured by print screen is also fine. So I suggest it might be the problem of the display data cable. But the discoloration only happens for certain areas and certain colors. Normally for black regions, the majority of the region will be changed to discolored red pixels, but it won't happen for white or gray ones. Please kindly help to identify the problem, thanks a lot.The attached images are all taken using my iPhone when viewing ifixit web pages.
