I had the same problem. What 100% helps is changing the dock. That means a new dockassembly (Loudspeaker,Mic,Antenna,USB plug). That solved the problem. Maybe it is enough to change the antenna on the backside of the dock. But a new dock isnt that expensive on ebay or somewhereelse. For germans try www.i-phoneagain.de
