Can you add 2 HDD drives to 2007 iMac?

I wanted to add a SSD to my mid 2007 iMac. I saw a video where it was done on a 2001 iMac & wanted to know if this could be done on a mid 2007? Does the logic board on a mid 2007 also have a second SATA port?
